As a leading provider of business telephone systems and services, we know all too well that our customers need to understand how their new system works, so that they can get the best out of it and get the best return for investment.

 

That’s why we ensure that towards the end of the installation phase of your new system, we will take all key personnel through a step by step guide to operating the functions and features and we promise not to leave, until all the key members of staff feel confident with the new system.

We also suggest that during the first 6-8 weeks of using your new system you note any issues and when we are next in the area, we will call in and adjust any little niggles that you may have completely free of charge.

 

Our objective is make sure that you can use the system properly and to its full potential, we want to ensure that you feel comfortable with it and that’s why we take care to deliver a comprehensive training programme designed with your system in mind.

 

We are happy to arrange further training sessions should you employ new staff members or need a re-fresh and we can do this when in area and when time permits.
