What’s included:
- Initial response within 4 working hours.
- Telephone support to help diagnose and correct and issues.
- On-site engineering cover if issues cannot be resolved remotely.

What’s not covered:
- Re-programming after initial installation.
- Line faults
- DECT handsets.
- Moving cabling after initial installation.
We also suggest that our client’s take out the 5 star maintenance cover for reassurance purposes just in case something does go wrong with the system. Our cover is very competitively priced and as we specialise in maintaining the systems we sell, we are ideally placed to service your new system.
Cover for our 5 start maintenance is priced dependent on system purchased, but starts from as little as £150 per annum, a small price to pay for complete peace of mind.
